2012 NBA Playoffs East Semifinals Game 5:Indiana Pacers at Miami HeatMay 22, 2012 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Indiana Pacers move to Florida for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference playoffs against the Miami Heat. Tip off is set for 8:00PM ET at the AmericanAirlines Arena.

The Miami Heat got back the home court advantage in the series after earning a split on the road against the Pacers. Lebron James and Dwayne Wade combined for 70 points to help level the series to two games a piece.

Chris Bosh is still out for Game 5 as he continues to rehab his abdominal muscle strain he suffered in the first game of the series. Both James and Wade do not expect to duplicate their offensive firework they showed in Game 4. As long as they play their game and timely contributions from their role players, Miami has a chance to win the pivotal Game 5.

Indiana was close to erecting a 3-1 series lead against Miami. However, they let James and Wade dictate the game which they failed to stop during the course of Game 4. The Pacers' big men led by Roy Hibbert and David West must stay away from trouble if they want to win Game 5 on the road.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Miami Heat as a 6.5-point favorite to win Game 5 against the Indiana Pacers. Expect both them to slug it out for 48 minutes for a chance to get a pivotal win in Game 5.
